What people appreciate about me
People tell me that they enjoy my sense of humour, that I am hardworking and that I am a caring person. I enjoy helping others andmaking sure people know that they are loved and valued.
What is important to me
My family and partner are incredibly important tome. My mum is my best friend and there’s not a day that goes by that we don’t text, message or FaceTime each other! I enjoy family holidays and weekends spent together making memories. I also love spending time with my friends.
My work is important to me and I like to feel as though I am making a difference and doing the best that I can.
Staying fit and active is also important to me. I enjoy doing PT sessions at home and playing netball in the Lincoln League.
Feeling valued, appreciated and involved.
How to support me
I can be supported by being given the opportunity to develop and be creative. I like working as part of a team but also to begiven the autonomy to crack on and work on my specific workstreams with the confidence that I can do a good job.
