What people appreciate about me

I am passionate, driven and creative and people tell me that they appreciate that I support them in developing skills.

People tell me that I am organised and focused and also tell me that they appreciate that I am straight taking and ‘say it as it is’! - although it can be that not all people appreciate this!

What is important to me

My family, husband, 3 grown up boys and their wives and my delightful 3 Granddaughters are very important to me, as is my very lively Springer Spaniel.

It is important to me to support my husband in his business and my family in any way I can whilst also respecting they are grownup well - rounded individuals. It is important to me that they know I am there if needed.

My work is important to me and I am passionate about ensuring that I do my very best. I embrace team - work and it is important to me that I and others can develop to their full potential.

I am passionate about delivering training and awareness raising and really embrace supporting others to develop and learn. I passionately believe that we all have things to learn and that ‘every day is a school day’

I appreciate people who are open, honest and transparent and respect others.

How to support me

I can be supported by being given the opportunity to develop and be creative.

I really feel supported when part of a strong team which is inclusive, embracing of and respectful of others, their strengths, areas for development and achievements.
