I am passionate, driven and creative and people tell me that they appreciate that I support them in developing skills.
People tell me that I am organised and focused and also tell me that they appreciate that I am straight taking and ‘say it as it is’! although it can be that not all people appreciate this!
My family, husband, 3 grown up boys and their partners/wives and my delightful Granddaughter are very important to me as is my very lively Springer Spaniel.
It is important to me to support my husband in his business and my family in any way I can whilst also respecting they are grown up well rounded individuals. It is important to me that they know I am there if needed.
My work is important to me and I am passionate about ensuring that I do my very best. I embrace team work and it is important to me that I and others are able to develop to their full potential.
I appreciate people who are open, honest and transparent and respect others.
I can be supported by being given the opportunity to develop and be creative.
I really feel supported when part of a strong team which is inclusive, embracing of and respectful of others, their strengths, areas for development and achievments.
