Every-One was commissioned to coordinate a pilot project for grandCARE to get user feedback on the system before it is marketed in the UK and is providing support to families willing to test the grandCARE system and facilitating independent feedback to the company.
grandCARE is an electronic device, designed to give peace of mind when caring for a family member or friend who is struggling with everyday life.
grandCARE has many functions ranging from:
- Social communications – social media, emails, Skype etc
- Central information hub – care plans, daily activity logs etc
- Alert system for carers – doors opening at night, not taking medication etc
- Medical monitoring – blood pressure monitoring etc
