Every-One supports a range of initiatives and activities across Lincolnshire and is a committed partner with a number of other organisations to aid service and policy development.
A summary of some of our additional work is included below.
Every-One (formally as LCYCP) are signatories to the Lincolnshire Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat.
The MHCCC is a national agreement between services and agencies involved in the care and support of people in crisis. It sets out how organisations will work together better to make sure that people get the help they need when they are having a mental health crisis.
You can find out more about the work that is happening in Lincolnshire here - http://www.crisiscareconcordat.org.uk/areas/lincolnshire
Every-One is pleased to have been able to support the delivery of the MHCCC event held on 3rd November 2016 in Sleaford, celebrating the achievements of the MHCCC to date.
At Every-One we are keen to support the work of the Dementia Action Alliances and have delivered projects that directly support their work e.g. through our 2015 / 2016 Dementia Project in the east of Lincolnshire - “A pilot project to engage with people with dementia and their carers to co-produce dementia friendly communities”.
