At Every-One we believe that every one person’s health and wellbeing matters and that individuals should be at the centre rather than the process.
We offer a range of services to support people. If the service you need is not detailed below, please contact us direct and we can discuss further opportunities to develop a new service or refer you to another provider where appropriate.
We have excellent experience of working with families, especially older parent carers, to plan for their future. We can work with you over a series of sessions using our discussion framework, to support you in developing your plan.
Contact us for more details on firstname.lastname@example.org
We have members of the team trained in working with you to develop your person-centred Care and Support Plan using the Helen Sanderson Associate techniques.
To discuss your needs, contact us on email@example.com
Members of the Every-One team have been trained to deliver ‘live-planning’ sessions. These sessions work with up to 5/6 families and a team of professionals to support you in writing your person-centred care and support plan.
